Forums - Gaming - Is there any Xbox360 game worth playing that won't be out on PC?

@mrstickball

Funny you say these things when PC gaming has the BEST lineup this year with tons of great games and more  and better exclusives than ANY console. It's best lineup since probably 2000.

And if PC is losing exclusives, aren't consoles losing them aswell? More and more console-centric developers are releasing games on PC, from franchises like Katamary, Viva Piñata, tons of Capcom games, Mercenaries, Dragonball,etc..

Face it, PC gaming is just better than console.

@ shio, it is not necessarily, I don't like playing non RTS games with a keyboard and mouse, so console gaming is better for me

That is your choice, though Kb+M is always better for all genres except fighting games.

Crumas made a good point about Oblivion. While I can get Oblivion to look better on my pc yet it does take so time to get the mods loaded and working. So having a game on both Xbox360 and PC (like obvilion) is not a bad thing as of right now I think both need each other to help with software cost and to appeal to both console and PC gamers.

mrstickball,

you are right.

Really?  So you're telling me I can lay back on a couch and play with a Kb+M more confortably than with a gamepad?  Seriously shio people have different peferences on how they want to play different games.  Some people might want to actually lay back and relax while playing Grand Theft Auto 4 or another game for example.

Most of the good Japanese games on PS360 won't get PC releases.

Thanks to Blacksaber for the sig!

I'm not talking about confortability. Sure can't lie down while using a kb+m (you can, but it's uncomfortable), which is the only advantage the gamepad has. But the keyboard and mouse have a higher number of buttons, more accuracy, and faster movements. 9 out of 10 times the Kb+m player will beat the pad player in every genre, except fighting games. That's what I'm talking about.

Console gaming is better when you have friends over to play with you. Nothing better than playing fight night with the friends on a 40 inch+ TV rather than a 22 in monitor. Online play is debatable but I prefer PC. Microsoft will be open to porting all games to the PC since they are not trying to take customers away from the Microsoft PC but rather Sony. It's all about money.

 I wouldn't think so. Bizarre Creations is no longer owned by MS (but Activision), and therefor are "Only on Windows" exclusives totaly unnecessary for Activision. You've maybe not noticed this, but they don't  do any "Tony Hawk"-ports on PC anymore... why would they port PGR to PC, then? The next title in the series, PGR5, will probably be a multiplatform game, originally created for 360/PS3, plus any kinds of ports to Wii and/or handhelds, however NOT to PC.

 About the rest of them: yes, there will probably be a PC port!

Bizarre Creations was never owned by MS. And PGR5 ,if it indeed ever gets made, will be 360/720 exclusive as MS, not BC, own the IP. It will probably suck though, unless MS get BC to dev it for them.
