Wow! The Gamecube didn't sell too bad at first!
And that's quite sad for Vita.
This was vita biggest week in respect to releases so this will only go down

NOOO we here on vgchartz are nice people! We say: Vita is now almost selling just as good as the dreamcast!
cause the dreamcast was awesome...

Face the future.. Gamecenter ID: nikkom_nl (oh no he didn't!!)
It's even doing worse than PS3's first year :| And no sign it will match the PS3 yet!
Vita will be saved after pricecut + new colors + ... well, games. PSP had Final Fantasys and Monster Hunter to survive in Japan, 19m is pretty decent... But in this situation i really doubt that Vita will reach 9 millions.

Even if it doesn't reach 50k, digital will be huge!
I can't lose!

Seriously, Sony. How could you let this happen in Japan? It's a complete mess over there. Is this the Vita's biggest week over there? By the looks of the future releases, the only game worth noting this year is Legend of Heroes Zero no Kiseki Evolution on October 11. That's it!
3DS on the other hand, is going to have a great year. It's getting another color and three bundles (Monster Hunter 3G, NSMB 2, and Animal Crossing) for the holidays. This is not even including the sheer amount of games it's getting too.

Nintendo is really piling it on. They made sure they had some killer software released at Vita launch (SM3DL, MK7, MH3G) and now their just in overkill mode. Damn shame.

It's been at ~35k for the past 3 or 4 weeks... Should boost nicely during the holidays too.
