Forums - Nintendo - What about No More Heroes 3?

Suda's games are style of substance. Based on the sales of NMH2 I'm not sure there's a profitable market for a NHM3 but if he wants to make one anyway, all power to him.

Didn't care for the games myself, but then I don't generally games of that genre.

The series has potential. Sorry but I wouldn't compare it to DMC4 or Bayonetta. Its a comical and fun game. It just hasn't reached its peak yet and Wii U can wow gamers with a third installment. My body is ready.

Then what would you compare it too?? Is NMH not part of the same genre of games i mentioned? If it isnt then what genre is it?? My point was that there are better games done in the genre it belongs too at least on PS360 IMHO i didnt find it fun at all. The combat reminded me of FF13 run down bland corridor, fight bland enemies keep doing until you fight boss, which they do have great designs, go to some open world part repeat.

MadWorld? They are both stylized. I see where you're coming from; the games you mentioned are similar too but they all have their differences. Idk I have yet to play the 2nd one. Either way I'm getting Bayonetta 2!!

NINTENDO

nintendo forever . . .

NMH and Madworld both much more interesting and enjoyable than those other games mentioned here
keep the good work Suda, waiting for NMH3

Needs to sell more games. I just do not think there wass much profit with those games. It would be nice, but in the end mosst things are about money. That is why we did not get a zelda greatest hits on its anny.

Some sales data for reference:

 NMH (Wii) - 520k

NMH2 (Wii) - 350k

NMH(PS3) - 230k

NMH(X360) - 20k [Japan release only]

Everything combined the game sold above 1 million. Although I think it is safe to assume that it will be a Nintendo exclusive since the other platform lack the selling power to this franchise.

Madworld was another boring over hyped game IMHO, as well. They are both stylized which is fine, but where is the substance?? DMC has style and substance, why cant these games. Considering the sales of both those games, i doubt we will see sequels. But more power to them if we see them, im out.

Yeah because, the game coming out TWO years later on PS3 and being japan only on 360 which is damn near dead in that region had nothing to do with it selling less. IMHO those arent sales to be proud of, but i do see it being Ninty exclusive.

I want NMH3 as soon as possible! I loved the first two games' style.

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

The first one was pretty darn fun to play, the second one was more of the same, but with bland bosses (Which were one of the greatest things in the first one)

So, no, i'm not hyped at least not until there is some screenshot or something

Oh no. Let's ignore any variables. It's easy straight comparison.
