WOW. That is one awesome looking console!!!! I want one really bad, but Nintendo is trying really hard to push me away by not putting out a wii sports type of game that has online multiplayer.

They just made 1 thing not discret which is the red sync button. But they did that because some people where idiots and couldnt find it on the Wii :) well ill just paint it black or white depending on what version of the console ill get.
Seriously how can one not find the sync button I found it without ever using the manual and what do people think the manual is for?

Honestly, I don't like the design. The Wii seemed very distinct, if a little plain, with all its sharp angles. The rounded edges on the Wii U ditch the distinctiveness (everything is a rounded rectangle these days) so it just looks plain.
Looks like the illegitimate bastard of a Wii and a 360, actually. Might be exactly the effect that Nintendo is trying to evoke. "Here's the console for your 6 year-old girl, your 60 year-old mom, and most importantly, your 15-30 year-old male."

"The worst part about these reviews is they are [subjective]--and their scores often depend on how drunk you got the media at a Street Fighter event." — Mona Hamilton, Capcom Senior VP of Marketing
