Yeah the launch is about less than 2 months and I'm pretty Nintendo did give an estimate on how much preorders retailers could take. Retailers stopped taking pre orders as soon as Nintendo called them to stop. If Nintendo calls them again and get the green light to get retailers to accept moire preorders again then that's a good sign for people tha wants to reserve.

Personally, I hope Nintendo ships some extreme number of systems this holiday season to crush scalpers. The guys who buy 10+ pre-orders from multiple retailers just to re-sell them for 2 to 3 times their original price need to find themselves with a surplus of systems that sell for less than retail because Nintendo shipped far more systems than anyone could anticipate.

Yeah me too I'm curious how much was the pre order limit. I would be imopressed if it was a million in less than 2 days right after the press event. But if it's just a couple of then thousands then bleh :p

Ground Zeroes looks to be PS3/360/PC

I guess there's no reason for me to get a PS4 at launch 'cause that's the only game that will make me buy one. I hope there's a Wii U version of Ground Zeroes. BUt, hopefully MG5 is a laucnh title for PS4.

No ones knows how many Wii-U are allocateed to each store group anyway.

They may have sold out fast because well maybe stock allocations aren't that high.

As I love new gadgets/tech I pre-ordered one - no where in UK is sold out though (maybe as as usual we have to pay the highest prices Zzzz).

Damn. then I totally can't remember then lol.  Now im curious. I'm gonna ask my dad what he got at launch.

edit: Sorry. My dad got Resistance 1, not MG4. My bad :p . I guess I was too bust playing Zelda Twlight Princess at that time ;)

I know what you mean. I find it okay if one wants to sell only one to make a few bucks. But it irks me when I hear someone has preordered 2,3 to 7+. That is absolute greed; plus all thoes preorders could've gone to other people who actualy wanted one.

Absolutely.  Especially if they want all that 3rd party support.  But more importantly, the third party WiiU offerings have to sell, too.
