My favourite platform is the Wii, so I understand all too well.

Double? Try 5-10 times as much. The Wii was widely predicted to fall short of even the Gamecube.

Also, it still puzzles and surprises me that so many Nintendo fans are happy about the Vita having a slow start. You'd think if anyone would understand how silly yelling "it's doomed" is, it would be Nintendo fans.

You need to read the OP again.
This thread isn't about Vita. It isn't anti neither, I am not dooming the Wii here, I am undooming it.
Now it's silly that Nintendo fans say Vita is doom after 5 years hearing how doom the Wii was and how doom WiiU is gonna be.... -_-
