Sure they can effect wii u sales a litle.. but i think a wii u price cut to 250 for the basic model and 300 for deluxe (or new bundles) when nextbox and ps4 comes.. will hurt them a lot more..
And wii-r is comming.. why not reveal it, 1 month before next box

Uncharted might be something Sony would use as a launch game, but there is little chance that Gran Turismo 6 would be a launch game, and there is no way both would be released at launch ...
If you look at the history of console launches (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_video_game_console_launch_games) few console manufactures have used their stronger franchises to launch a console; and most of those games end up being released in the second and third holiday season the console is on the market.
Nintendo launching the Wii with the Legend of Zelda, and launching the Wii U with New Super Mario Bros. is very unusual.

And 2 times more powerful won't be a problem for WiiU...
WiiU is launching with Mario. Mario will rape the shit out of GT6 before doing the same to UC4... sry ;)

I'm really looking forward to Microsoft with the nextbox. If they can manage to improve the Kinect (making it more accurate plus having a mix of joystick and motion controls) I think it wil really hurt the other two companies.
Sony, on the other hand, maybe will opt to make a huge leap in graphics and that's it.
And this is from a gamer who supports Sony/Nintendo.

Oh, I'm also very excited about PS720!! This gen I've only gotten Wii, but wanna play Uncharted... Might get a PS3 sooner or later... But if Nintendo gets good 3rd party support I won't buy another system - if it isn't revolutionary.
