ahh lol then i didn't read the whole text, sry^^
then i don't see a real problem, yes it's more expensive but just a little bit percentual.
UK prices:
- £200 - £210 for basic
- £250 for premium
From Gamestation according to Neogaf.

Who cares how many dollars it is. We pay in € and 349€ for the premium package is a good price. The conversion rate with consoles has always been 1:1 between € and $ so why complain now?
Ongoing bet with think-man: He wins if MH4 releases in any shape or form on PSV in 2013, I win if it doesn't.

But I'm getting my money back anyway, when I buy games at launch day from Uk shops for 40-50€ instead of 59-69€. I don't see the big deal. Europe's paying more for less, it has always been like this, when Nintendo does it it's a crime, but we are cool with Steam, MS, Sony, Origin doing it. You better not convert the PS4 Launch price to dollars or your eyes might fall out of their sockets.

I know that we pay in Euro but because we by now know what the US price is and before that we knew what the Japanese price was (plus what it was directly converted into dollar) I decided to mention the USD price.
It has not always been like this. And even if that doesn't make it more acceptable.
And I dont complain now I complained when the 3DS launched the Vita etc. Even with Steam etc.
Because it is was and will always be stupid.
And its not only a complaint its the start of a discussion and I also wanted to know what you guys think so its far more than a simple complaint I guess.
and the reason why I mentioned the WiiU is because its the trending topic and its what RIGHT NOW bothers me.

yeah but like i said, if you calculate the tax out of it it isn't so bad, nintendo or other companies have to live with it.
sure there is still a difference of 25-30 dollar in most eu countries without tax for the $350 black wii u but therefore, at least for ps3 and 360, we get better prices at retail under the rrp if i'm not wrong. maybe not the first half year after release but then.
as example i can buy a vita for 200€ at german amazon. this would be $258 with tax and $217 without. on american amazon, the vita is $250 so us-americans have to pay more for a vita if you only count the price without tax.
and i could do the same with ps3 or 360, not sure about nintendo consoles.

But on the other hand americans also have tons of deals and vouchers everywhere so the German amazon is not a "real" argument. I mean I know people who dont pay a penny for their food because they only pay with vouchers. totally crazy
