Breath of Fire III...
or Suikoden...
or Suikoden II...
...or Metal Gear Solid...
...the original Ridge Racer was great to play...
Well now that I think about it, it's clear that Sony wants to believe they don't own the game...so I'm going to say THE LEGEND OF DRAGOON!

To be honest, almost none of my 100+ PS1 titles were made by Sony (though Sony did stick their names in front of some of them like FFVII). My PS1 was a Konami/Capcom/Square free for all.
