According to a package shot revealed on Amazon, Tekken Tag Tournament 2 will require a 7.5 GB of space on your PS3 hard drive.

This is nearly twice as much space that was needed for Tekken 6′s optional install on the system which helped improve load times.

Tekken Tag Tournament 2 is a much bigger game than its predecessor so the amount of HD space needed for the fighter shouldn’t be too surprising.

With over 50 playable characters, new interactive stages, environmental effects and a near lag-free online experience, Tekken Tag Tournament 2 is set to take the genre by storm when it ships next week for the PS3 and 360. A WiiU edition of the game is expected to ship at a later date.

big fan but i will buy it when the price drop comes.  the install file size is no biggie. smaller loading times are always welcome

on d1 i think i will try DOA 5 since it's new on the PS3

so does this mean it install the whole game to the hdd?
if not, wonder how they manage to use on a single dvd for x360 ver...

Worth it.

I regret buying Tekken 6 on the PS3. Even install, the load times were slow than Tekken 6 on the 360 off the disc.

I have an old PS3 with 30 GB of space. 7.5 GB is too much.
