Honestly, I think youre just being rude and unpleasant for the sake of it. Its not cool or funny, it just makes you look like youre throwing your toys out of the pram. Im starting to think kirby is right and youre simply refusing to be open to a different view. And with that, I shall leave you to your rants. Ive said all that needs to be said to you regarding your behaviour. Its up to you to take it on. |
I wont change and I will post the same I always have. What needs to change is the consistency. If the higher ups say its okay to call someone's posts and behaviors out then when I say a dumb ass who is acting like a dumb ass is a dumb ass then everything should be okie dory.
However, you think those are my only issues? I got warned for trolling by Mr Khan because someone said owning an XB1 is lucky and I responded how that was lucky. Heres Mr Khan: How is it not, is the question here?
My response: How is it not? Lets see, taking advantage of a promotion a business is holding =/= luck. Finding one in the store =/= luck. Having money to by the system =/= luck. So, tell me, how is being a system owner "success or failure apparently brought by chance rather than through one's own actions."
Now you can try to cop out and pull some bullshit like "Well, see in order for that person to even be alive in order to want an xb1 the certain egg had to meet the certain sperm" If thats the case then an issue arises.... EVERY FUCKING THING IN LIFE WOULD BE LUCKY! Considering we don't use lucky in that term then that's not an acceptable response. We use it to denote something completely by chance for example, I was lucky because my school cancelled a class that I wanted to take. That left me scrambling to fill the slot. Since I had 4 other classes my options were extremely limited and considering it was a week before classes started the ones that I could take were mostly filled. I got an email the very next day saying a spot opened up for a class that is difficult to get into and first response gets in. The class just happened to be one I needed and it worked with my other classes. I just happened to be the first one to respond. It was a philosophy class, I'm now a philosophy minor because I enjoyed the class so much. Ontop of which there was a gorgeous girl in the class that I was able to get a date with. We fell in love and got married. I was extremely lucky that a string of freak events happened to cause me meeting who would turn out to be my wife and for me to take a class that would dictate my studies. THAT WOULD BE THE APPROPRIATE WAY TO USE THE WORD LUCKY. If my class wasnt cancelled, if a spot in another class didn't open, if I werent the first to respond, if I didn't enjoy the class, if I didn't like the girl, if the girl didnt like me then my whole life would be different right now. Thats a lot of if's.
Then theres the thread that got locked because Kaz found it hard to believe that MS was unhappy with sales and were wasting tons of money to try and spur sales. But that's not what got it locked. I could recreate the thread if I didn't mention that I saw an MS representitive convert old XB1's into new bundles. Now, after a dissapointing March NPD, BenV saying sales drop immediatly after Titanfall, ridiculous amount of bundling and price cuts from retailers.... is it still hard to believe MS was wasting lots of money? No. I'm like 5/5 when it comes for stuff like this. I called XB1 < Ps4 in the US during launch when people like Kirby were calling bullshit. "Oh your just basing that off of you target store" (Hint I wasnt). I called MS having a dissapointing January. I called MS not having as good as expected March. Thread should never have been locked and MS fans should have been told #dealwithit.
