Feanor insinuating that DDBwest was thinking that xbox fans were like that may have being poor content but I think he was being sarcastic for the most part however you guys don't know if he was exactly being snide about it.

Can't speak for Khan ofcourse, but it's all too easy to intepret your post (here it is) as an attack on PC gamers. It could be a joke and light-hearted yes, but it's sometimes difficult to tell (particularly when you're only posting the GIF and not an overly pleasant one at that) and different mods will intepret things differently. 

One of the key things here is context. You need only look at some replies from other users in the thread as well (here's a rebuttal from you to one of them) to see that other users intepreted it as Khan did and deemed it as flaming. If it's not clearly a joke or humourous, moreso if it can and is intepreted as flaming, then clearly the context is all wrong and you aren't clear enough, and as such you're more likely to be moderated.

As for the length of the moderation, the ban which we decided to overturn a few months ago (quite rightly upon reflection) was not made clear in the mod history by the mod who unbanned you. Go check yourself; there's no mod note saying to discount the previous moderation. Guess that's a breakdown in communication between Axum and I there, can't remember the details. But yes, if your last ban is one day and it's not clear that it was overturned as is the case here, then the natural progression is 3 days as Khan did correctly. 

Finally, which users are leaving left and right? Aside from the PSNation contingent, and the permabanned users, I can't name another "big" user who has left due to the mod team aside from maybe Basil. In contrast, numerous users have returned to the site, including Amp and others. Furthermore new users are coming through and are contributing greatly, such as Ryuu, Slade, Ka-Pi, OfficerRaichu, drake-tolu and more. If anything the community is in a much healthier place than it was say, 3 months ago. 

This is just my take on it ofcourse. Could be completely wrong and you'll have to wait for Khan to reply to know for sure, but either way I hope this has helped out somewhat.

Looks to me like you are implying that any one who is an avid PC gamer (PC master race) is gonna be a crying, blubbering little kid because of the OP. Will cause a stink with anyone who is an avid PC gamer.
