Indeed. Using logic when it's obvious that it's not going to work is always a bad idea.

Absolutely. I say that to myself all the time. Especially when it comes to dealing with individual who beg info that is not to there liking and deny all aspects of it without, themselves, providing logic for why the given thing would not work or facts of there own. I just don't understand those type of people.

To call something wrong without stating how it is wrong and then to ask for one person to prove his point without ever having providing any proof of there own to deny the initial. I thought there were people who were more logical than that, but I'm always surpirsed in the end.

Logic is really lost on some, especially when they don't use it but think that they did.

Ok, this is going to be my last post in this discussion.

1- I never said that you were wrong. I only said that your analysis and reality don't need to be the same. You can complain all you want, but it still and will always be true. But don't worry, it's the same with all of us.

2- Then you said that you got those $180 from real world retail prices. Then I pointed out that you can't use retail prices simply because we ignore what's inside the console. And then I posted a few of the components of which we know little or almost nothing to prove my point.

3-Your answer to that was saying that you had taken all that into consideration in your analysis, and I quoted 2 of them. And yet there's nowhere to be found a word about your estimate on packaging, shipping, etc.

4-Your answer to that was that you had asked those questions too, and that I was redundant. If you don't know the answers to those questions, How can you say that it costs $180?

The end result? I'm the one who is not using logic.

Yep, sounds about right.

Woah, where did I say I was talking specifically about you?

I made many analysis in this thread an provided copmaritive data to support them. I've yet to see anyone provide data that refutes them. They only beg what I say out of their own dislike for no dinstinct reason which I see no point in trying to debate. The questions come from nowhere and will go nowhere.  I'm just stating a fact.

I gave you no answer, because you gave me no "valid" question. I to comply with what you say than you have to agree with what I say. It is an analasis. If you saw no evidence then you weren't looking for it. That is logically deduced.

Take those hostilities somewhere else.

lol that is funny

Sony is different becuase they have large cash reserves (Although running out, and quick).

Nintendo is such a small company that MS's gaming division alone is larger. I think. So I dont think Nintendo would survive selling the WiiU for $200.

I might just be behind the times here, but hasn't Nintendo had larger cash reserves than Sony for quite some time already?
