Forums - Nintendo - Can Nintendo hold the Wii By them selves?

With the kinds of money Nintendo is making from the DS and Wii 3rd parties won't be able to ignore it forever..the DS proved this already the Wii will prove it again.

Companies love money and consumers do want core games despite what a couple of publishers and devs might think, the sooner they own up to their crappy games and make good games the sooner they can be making big money on the Wii. In the meantime there are companies who get it and they will pave the way and in the process carve out a bit more of the pie for themselves as a sort of finders fee and a penalty for the juggernauts of the industry playing it too safe as usual.

The Wii need another 6 or so million sales.

Right now, companies who love money can choose to develop for the larger user base of the 360/PS3 combined instead of the Wii and without having to worry about making use of the Wii's new controller.
