this is just the 3DS line up for this holiday?

Yeah, that's all I was focusing on.

i dont wanna start a flame war or anything so dont nobody start with me lol but is it me or does the vita's holiday line up seem better?

Oh yeah. I'm a 3DS fan, and am unlikely to buy a Vita anytime soon, but looking at the current lineup for the Vita, it looks stronger than the 3DS's.

On the Vita's side, you have half a dozen or so potential million sellers: Madden, Fifa, LittleBigPlanet, Assassin's Creed, Call of Duty, PSASBR, and Ratchett and Clank. On the 3DS side, you have Paper Mario, Layton 5, Scribblenauts, and Epic Mickey.

Honestly, I'd almost say the Vita deserved to sell better this holiday except for one word: Mario. This is going to be a 2D Mario's first holiday season. The Vita has nothing to compete with that combined with already existing evergreen titles in addition to the new lineup.

well doest littlebigplanet compete with the 2D mario games? it actually provides more content then both of them combined (in any games defense LBP offers more content than any game in the world i think expect MMO's)

Theoretically, maybe. In pratice, LBP games are outsold by Mario games by a ratio of at least 5 to 1, despite the LBP games' critical praise. It's less competition and more slaughter.

Love and tolerate.

Ongoing bet with think-man: He wins if MH4 releases in any shape or form on PSV in 2013, I win if it doesn't.
