Which milestone will occur first: 3DS 30m or PSV 5m?

Both before Jan 5th, but 3DS first 77 16.67%

I've added a YTD sales column (total 2012 sales). Also, "Weeks Left" column has been divided so that it calculates the number of weeks left based on current weekly sales, the average weekly sales for the last 5 weeks of sales, and the average YTD weekly sales for the whole of 2012.

Oh, and congrats to 3DS for passing 20m!!!

An interesting find is that based on the average sales for Vita during 2012, it's actually AHEAD of 3DS. It really shows how its sales have fallen after its western launch...

So, actual numbers for VIta are 2.5 instead of 2.9? Or are those the adjusted numbers?

LOL! No... the 2.5 figure is the "Year To Date"  sales (totals for 2012).

The 2.9 is "Lifetime" Vita sales.

Regarding adjustments, I don't know when will Vita numbers be lowered to account for that 2.2m figure up to June 30th. I don't want those adjustments to take too long to occur otherwise I'll be adjusting A LOT of data in those charts @_@

I care, but it's going to take the holidays before this starts to get either really interesting or...the PSV will just continue to not make a show of it.

(Looking at Japan's release schedule for the remainder of the year, I'm banking on the latter.)

So, those aren't the adjusted numbers. The 2.2M figure for June it was shipped numbers, so it should be like 400k overtracked, which means 2.5M LTD right now.
