Last I checked MS guaranteed exclusive rights to that, its published under their MGS label.

Huh. The "exclusive window" tactic. Then yes, Sine Mora is in the same boat. If it releases this year (since this is a 2012 comparison), then it cant be on the 360 list.

I hate when we make lists which give an arcade game the same weight as a full retail game....

IMO 360 has 1 game (The Witcher 2) and PS3 has 4 (Twisted Metal, Tales of Graces f, Sorcery, and Starhawk).

Of those two I only care for 1 360 and 1 PS3 game lol.

Hey a games a game. What matters is how much they interest gamers, regardless of the file size.

For example, Minecraft has outsold most of the PS3 list all together, despite it not being retail. You can have more retail games, but whats the point when the gamers dont care enough to buy?

Point being, its better to just keep it simple and include everything. A great game is just that.
