Once that gets reviews i would take it off the 360 list. Offcourse it would also have to release in calendar year 2012

I believe Sine Mora is in the same boat?

Last I checked MS guaranteed exclusive rights to that, its published under their MGS label. 

I do believe Sine Mora is getting a Vita release...well, it's coming to PS3 as well.

Huh. The "exclusive window" tactic. Then yes, Sine Mora is in the same boat. If it releases this year (since this is a 2012 comparison), then it cant be on the 360 list.
