That said, cross buy is bullshit. It's nothing more than a consolation prize. Why would I need cross buy when they promised me remote play? My 8GB card is already brimmed and I recently began to move games around via content manager. And boy, is that a major inconvenience. No problem, just boot the PC up and a quick 30 minutes later the games are swapped and you are good to go! Fuck this shit. This is not how portable gaming works.

The bottom line of this post is this: The storage premium is way too high to make this promotion worthwile for anyone but the most hardcore and dedicated Sony followers.

Question, if I would buy All Star Battle for my PS3, I get a DL code with it right? but I don't intend of getting a Vita.. So I could sell the code for like 15 bucks to any of you guys right?

Hmm I've been meaning to ask this but never got the chance, is it that you have to buy the PS3 ver and get the free code for the Vita version or if you buy the Vita version and you get the code for the PS3 ver as well o.O?

The Gamescom announcement site/page seem to be a bit too vague when it comes to that....


I'm going to assume it will be tied to your account.

So you have to buy the PS3 version.. to get a downloadable Vita version.. Maybe you can only download if you have a disc.. cause If they give out vouchers with a code...  I'm willing to make some deals then..

Like the Move, segmented offers or features won't work. It is a benefit for PS gamers and whoever doesn't agree must be a kinowichi clone and still doesn't know it, but I don't think this will help Vita and PS3 that much. If this would be a standard I guess it could help sell more platforms, if Sony does some marketing about it.

I can't even see much benefit in this at all, I mean, if you buy software for the Vita, for example, then that is less software for the PS3 and viceversa. I think Sony should focus in individual software for the Vita like what they are doing with Tear the fuck Away and market it properly.
