So over the last 20mins, I've been recieving random retweets from Marcus Beer of GameTrailer fame retweeting some dude called Kevin Dent who generally seems to be implying that OnLive is either dead or dying.
"I believe when OnLive confirms it, that is when I believe it. Right now we have the main source saying they are fine."
"Five questions that no one is answering WRT OnLive:"
"1.Why issue a statement saying "we are fine, look at this great new partnership!", I have never seen a firm going into bankruptcy do that."
"2. Why close the firm down when the capital markets want to invest? In addition playstation is in competition to most of the investors"
"3. Why hasn't anyone that has been laid off taken to twitter to say 'hire me'?"
"4. Why did the source try to get the email back? Btw this only works within the same network."
"5. Gaikai showed there is a market for these firms, why would investors kill it?"
Those quotes are all from Kevin Dent (no idea who he is), just wondering what's going on. Anyone know?
