I read that they find our lack of fake food on display weird from Kotaku. Apparently fake food is very common there and part of the ordering process at restaurants and food stands. I've seen places do that in the US, but not often.



Before the PS3 everyone was nice to me :(

Probably the rampant gun culture in the US would seem strange to them. That and the unbelievable amount of obesity in the US. 

Japan was orderly and civil even during the earthquake/tsunami, if that happened in the US, people would be going nuts in the streets.
