Insert nail ONE into coffin...

This guy has to be the most hardcore anti-nintendo troll on this entire site. I bet it's an alt account for one of the other regulars around here.

Seriously, just look at his post history. Now, the question is guessing who's alt it is.

Some people sound like they will be forced at gun point to play this game if they own a Wii U...

Ongoing bet with think-man: He wins if MH4 releases in any shape or form on PSV in 2013, I win if it doesn't.

I've never seen so many people overreact to the announcement of a single title before. You would think no console ever had a shovelware party game before the Wii. Or since it, for that matter. Microsoft keeps churning out horrible Kinect games, but I don't hear anyone saying they're "ruining" the 360. They're just there, and no one is playing them. They don't diminish the quality of Halo 4.

Guess what? There were bad games on NES, too!

the difference with those prior consoles is that for everyone shovelware title you got at least 1 good game. No one is complaining about Kinect software because for everyone of those your getting a RE, SF, Halo, etc on the system, cant really say the same for the Wii

But really some of you guys need to relax, i'm sure most of us are just having fun and few dont really think this will turn into a Wii situation.

This is great news as it fills a demographic that wasn't necessarily fully offered yet by the Wii U's lineup. Like it or not, these social/casual/party games are a fantastic way to gain mainstream popularity and success.

The Wii wasn't the only game to be bathed in social/party titles, the PS2 was absolutely flooded to the brim with them. The issue with Wii wasn't these games, it was the lack of power compared to its competitors and the lack of quality traditional gaming genres offered by third parties.

I don'tsee the problem. Sure, it looks terrible, but every console has games like it. So long as it's the only one in the launch window, and the sales are really pretty poor (discouraging other devs from doing it), then all is well.

Here lies the dearly departed Nintendomination Thread.

The Nintendo Seal of Quality has been a joke for 6 years now and counting, so we already knew this.

Yeah, they say they will have better quality control, but with games like this coming so early, I wouldn't hold my breath.

you can easily tell who is trolling here..... One game for casual equals all games for casuals? people act like no other console have ever gotten these types of games before

NintendoLand killer???

Okay, wow, you guys are being ridiculous. Why the hell do you care if some game you're not interested in comes out on a console? Evidently, if these games are being made, there's a demographic for them and people who will buy and enjoy these products. How on earth does it even matter if a console has lots of crappy games (or, rather, games you think are crappy) as long as it has games you like, too?
I honestly can't see why you want to rain on someone else's parade, even if you think they have a bad taste in games.
