I don't see what the big deal is. Seems like ok ads to me... I think. If I want something, it's not like a need a 30 second commercial to convince me anyway.

To me, it's more like, "Hey, remember this brand? It's still around." I'll do the research myself.

Those were pretty bad...even though I hated them, the mac vs pc ads were much more effective for many consumers if I had to guess.

Apple's ads are always terrible. They insult the viewer. If you have a PC you are a nerd and you need a Mac because you are a hopeless simpleton. The only people that like Apples ads are Mac fanboys who get a boner every time they see the Apple logo. I honestly don't know who Apple makes their ads for. Who's going to switch to a Mac after an ad insults them for owning a PC?
