Politicians were worried about Guam being pushed into the sea but they should have been worried about this place.

74% of Americans are overweight? I don't believe that. I've been many states across America, and I don't see overwieight people THAT often.

Unless I go to Ryan's. That's where they horde.

Just watched the video, wow that is just horrible. How can you let it go so far?

No idea- I think it's too far to really go back now though

It is never too late.  They just have to stop importing fast food, junk food, and soda.  If they were to eat mainly veggies and fruit with a little meat then they would start dropping the weight pretty damn fast.  I was able to drop most of my unemployement weight gain just by going to work and actually eating what I was supposed to (cutting beer intake was a major help also).  So I gained 70 or so pounds from being a lazy drunk while unemployed for 6 months and dropped it all off after 8 months of working and eating decently.

Nice work! To lose 70 pounds in 8 months is an awesome achievement.

Overweight means BMI over 25 its no problem to reach that without looking fat. Bodybuilders are technically obese. Those statistics don't take Bodyfat into account because its hard to get this information. If you have a BMI of 30 you would be obese but with 9% Bodyfat you woudl be a trained person. Still tendencies can be seen in charts like this.

Yes, most Americans are actually super fit body builders

They don't have to cut out Fast-Food all together. They just need to learn to regulate what they eat.

I guess it really isn't "fast" food if they have to deliver it to an island.  Sorry was just thinking about that.  You are right you don't have to cut it entirely but you can't eat it everyday and expect to be thin.  I believe the soda intake is just as bad as eating fried foods (or perhaps worse).  The added sugar and calories content is pretty much like drinking beer.  If you drink mass quantities of beer for awhile while doing minimal exercise then the results are a beer belly.

It is true though.  Have you ever seen Master Chef?  I swear there are some fat chefs on that show.  They must "sample" their food a lot to make sure it is just right.  Actually, most fat chefs on the show suck.

I believe there are plenty fat people in America, you just have to look.

This country Nauro just is in poor shape, they're quite literally in the shitter.

xD

OT: I agree. I don't drink Soda unless it is absolutely necessary.

These people just drink Soda and eat Fast-Food everyday. It shouldn't be blamed on the Westerner's bringing them this food, they should take some part of the blame for not trying to regulate what they eat.
