Why would you want access to an aging, tiny nuclear arsenal? At least opt for the Russian's stockpile, it's larger, has first strike capabilities and they're still developing new delivery systems.

Can it hit everywhere? If I order now can I get it half price?

The TOPOL-M missiles are capable of reaching everywhere except Argentina, Chile and the Antarctic.

The coverage provided by the RS-24 Yars is still unknown as it has only entered service as of 2010.

Don't worry though, the Pacific Fleet has 96 missiles carrying 192 warheads totaling 52.8 Megatons capable of reaching that pesky blind spot.

Sorry but no price breaks, the Bulava missile system is rumored to be the most expensive R&D project in the history of modern warfare so discounts are out of the question.

Call Vladimir Putin or Dmitry Medvedev for further details.

I paid the iron price for my iPad. There is no price greater than the iron price..
