Yep I picked it up for $2 50. Been playing it for a little bit.

I don't know why all these little boys are trying to kill me.

Been away for a bit, but sneaking back in.

Gaming on: PS4, PC, 3DS. Got a Switch! Mainly to play Smash

Certainly worked out to both Playdead's and MS' favor. The game is very near selling a million copies on the 360 alone last I checked on Limbo's leaderboards (they're reliable since Limbo is a single player game only). Stuff like Limbo, Minecraft, and Trials show why XBLA still has plenty of strength on it's end. Personally, I just find it amazing that Super Meat Boy is still exclusive to the 360 on consoles. You'd think it would be ported to the PS3 or Wii by now thanks to a publisher.

It would have to be a retail Wii game, because Team Meat has no idea what they're doing.

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

Same bullshit they tried to do to Nintendo.

And other Third Parties that gave them the rights to publish their games in US. Now they don't have the rights to do it anymore.
Everyone knows Sony wants full control over their IPs.  Nowadays they are just creating similar games to other game company hoping they have a successful one.

PlayStation AllStars Battle Royale is on the path to determine whether or not PlayStaton can be in same vein as Smash Bros for Nintendo.

Well see how well that game does and I be picking it up.

"Nintendo fan for life"

From what I read (can't remember exactly where), Sony were offering them a new studio, the works. Playdead were really gung-ho about the idea until they found out about the caveat of losing ownership of the IP, at which point they turned Sony down.

They have a much better idea than you're giving them credit for. A million sales certainly supports that.

It comes in with the fact that Super Meat Boy was originally supposed to be WiiWare, then well after the game was in development for a while, they suddenly realized that WiiWare has size limits, blamed Nintendo very vocally, and moved development. Hence, "no idea what they're doing."
