Certainly worked out to both Playdead's and MS' favor. The game is very near selling a million copies on the 360 alone last I checked on Limbo's leaderboards (they're reliable since Limbo is a single player game only). Stuff like Limbo, Minecraft, and Trials show why XBLA still has plenty of strength on it's end. Personally, I just find it amazing that Super Meat Boy is still exclusive to the 360 on consoles. You'd think it would be ported to the PS3 or Wii by now thanks to a publisher.

It would have to be a retail Wii game, because Team Meat has no idea what they're doing.

They have a much better idea than you're giving them credit for. A million sales certainly supports that.

It comes in with the fact that Super Meat Boy was originally supposed to be WiiWare, then well after the game was in development for a while, they suddenly realized that WiiWare has size limits, blamed Nintendo very vocally, and moved development. Hence, "no idea what they're doing."

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.
