Roids or not, you have to seriously work your ass off to get some impressive results.
Unless you're already in very good physical shape, and have been lifting for years along with great cardio than you are doing your body more harm than good by taking HGH or any other form of steroid. Remember the human heart is a muscle as well and if you are using a supplement like a steroid and you are in poor cardiovascular shape then there is a possibility of developing an enlarged heart. Even with great cardiovascular fitness the risk is still there.

They can make your nuts smaller to be exact, bc steroids are variations of testosterone and your body sees that it doesn't need to make that when you are injecting yourself with this everyday. It doesn't decrease the size of the peen at all. Now, I'm taking something different, a variation of growth hormone, and the only side effect is a hgh gut, or stomach dissension which looks like. 5th trimester pregnancy in some of these top bodybuilders that overdo it. If you take a low/moderate dose, you won't ever have a problem.
