Forums - Sony - PS3 Super Slim exists, and here it is! Update2: Comparison PS3 vs PS3 Slim vs PS3 Super Slim

It's probably been mentioned but I suspect the "16gb" model is a typo and it's actually a 160gb model. Just makes more sense given the PS3 ecosystem that really demands mandatory HDD.

Possible, but it could also be an option for those who want to add their own HDD. The 16GB could be NAND memory on the logic board with an empty HDD socket.

160GB HDDs are uncommon currently and would either have to be special order OEM parts or old stock.

Like ALL the plain PS3s that are currently being sold? I'm sure Sony still has plenty of those in the queue.

a 16Gb ps3 makes sense only if they can price it real low. if it cost $199, it would be a mistake. it could be a typo.

This would have been the true slim design of the Phat version. It looks similar to it, until you come face to face with its top. Wtf were they thinking with that ruffled top?! Just outright cheapens the look!

Holy Gezzzzzz, the photo i posted just turned into a fkn DICK. Thats the most awkward moment in this forum.

I was trying to post this: http://img694.imageshack.us/img694/4623/ps332.jpg

What are the chances of a PS3 slim+PSV bundle? 16gb+vanilla vita for $300?

that looks butt ugly

yeah just like your troll account

A 16GB model isn't too far fetched considering the cost of large HDD's is pretty low nowadays. There isn't any point in offering a large HDD for a budget model. I got a 1TB HDD for $100.00 about 3-4 months ago.

I am the Playstation Avenger.

Looks ugly as hell from all angles in my opinion. I'll just stick to my other slim.

What's up?

if it comes in blue... i will buy it.

that is all
