Forums - Sony - PS3 Super Slim exists, and here it is! Update2: Comparison PS3 vs PS3 Slim vs PS3 Super Slim

That's even uglier than the PS2 and that was an ugly system. Why change the design so much, the last PS3 looks fine. If Sony wanted to save money they could have reduced the cost inside and left the outside the same.

the public tends to react well to drastic outside changes.

You know I was always wondering why no one ever used the dollar sign for $ony, but then I realized they have no money so it would be pointless.

Yeah, they want that sales surge that came with the first PS3 revision. The one last year where they just removed the bulb on the eject button didn't get too much attention.

Very ugly design imo. I think it's notably smaller, and I wonder if it will retail cheaper.

e=mc^2

Gaming on: PS4 Pro, Switch, SNES Mini, Wii U, PC (i5-7400, GTX 1060)

I never ever care much about the design, but this is really ugly.

Imagine not having GamePass on your console...

Yeah, but the public may react to this drastic outside change by running out and buying the current model before the only thing on the shelf is this new ugly revision. :)

That would be a first if true.

nah, the forums just overreact here - it's not worse looking than the current model and once it's confirmed a slider the ripped stuff makes very much sense as it's better grip and you wont see fingerprints on that

A 150$ PS3 would really screw up the WiiU launch. Sony is playing this one pretty smart.

Sigs are dumb. And so are you!

It would look awesome but the part that sticks out on the side just makes it look weird.

 Been away for a bit, but sneaking back in.

Gaming on: PS4, PC, 3DS. Got a Switch! Mainly to play Smash
