The PS4 is10 times as powerful as the PS3. For every one object rendered by the ps3, the ps4 can handle ten of those objects. I actually don't think the DX part is BS. We can easily see that this comes to light, as well as the x720 has a Blu-ray drive. I can see MS giving Sony their way to get a BR in their future console, as DVD's aren't going anywhere. I've seen some strange moves from competitors before, this wouldn't surprise me at the very least. But on a logical standpoint, using OpenGL 4.2 seems like a more viable strategy than share tech with a competitor no matter the gain.

I just don't like these articles that make it seem like it has credible history to the story, when it doesn't. I just want to know what both companies are going to do, read it, disect it, and call if a F- n' day! =D

The Direct3D issue is just one of many, many issues I have with that list.

It is the external HDDVD player for the 360.

They are very good. A very big jump over this gen IMO. This could run BF3 at ultra at 1080p and maybe 60fps while current systems run BF3 at the equivalent of low at sub 720p.
