I guess they just did a bit of pick and mix, to attract all audiences (who want to spend little) this holiday season. Or perhaps they printed a few too many copies of some of those games.

Why does 'Essential Collection' sound odd in America, you don't use the word? Anyway, in that case they may just choose a different name over there.
