Do drive-ins still exist? I was thinking more of the two of you writing a review together, or having some kind of joint commentary. Although at this point there are only two Bond reviews left and bond the films are actually good. Which of course reminds me that Casino Royale is the next review. I'll be interested to see it!

Not many.  Perhaps I should say straight to video or B-movies instead.  You know, low budget crap that's so bad that it can be entertaining.  Something like Yor, Hunter From The Future.

Yes, Casino Royale is next.  James Bond will return next Monday...

Amp, you and Signalstar should do a double feature. You guys have a knack for this sort of thing.

What do you suggest?  Maybe we should watch two crappy drive-in movies and review them back to back?  I'd be up for it.

I only read your conclusion for now (I'll read the whole thing later) but damn 1/5 that's rough my good man. I think it was at least a 2.5/5 maybe pushing 3/5. Was better than Dr. No, I'll say that with confidence.

Better than Dr.  No?  Come on man...  Dr. No introduces us to James Bond, the awesome theme song, M, Moneypenny, Felix Leiter, and might have the best theme song in any movie ever.

Besides for that; the story is well written, the acting is fantastic, we have one of the best Bond girls ever, Quarrel is a great side character, and the villain is one of the best in entire series.  I can't think of one thing that Die Another Day does better than Dr. No.  The only thing that Die Another Day has that Dr. No doesn't is more deaths and gadgets.

Also, Dr.  No has charm, class, sophistication, is gritty at times, displays real humor, and personality.  Die Another Day just feels like a trashy comic book in comparison.  If you don't believe me, take a look at what Signalstar said.  He was much more harsh than me and gave this movie a -2 out of 5.  He's also a "real writer" unlike me.

Hahaha you just answered your own question! But no I'm just messing with you. Obviously Dr. No has the better acting, story, etc. I just like action and Dr. No had none of it. I can't do movies that are all about the acting/story but have no action (hence why I hate Godfather and Scarface).

Crow to Tom Servo:  Brosnan appears to be challenging Connery in the chest hair department.  At least he's got that down.

Looking at my scores, I am the Edge of Bond movie reviews.  Maybe I should have given Licence To Kill a 5/5.  Nah, It had Wayne Newton in it.

Amp has a prejudice against Craig? Did something happen?

I will not tell if I do or don't have prejudice against Craig.  You will all have to visit my thread on Monday to find out.  James Bond will return... yeah, you guys know the rest.

Great review! Reading it had reminded me how many things were wrong with this movie especially the CGI parasailing scene which was completely horrible.

I actually think Madonna's video for Die Another Day is a better homage to the series than this ridiculous movie.
