Gameboy Advance: Advance Wars 2: Black Hole Rising/Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones/Golden Sun/Metroid Fusion (tie)

Now THATS! how you do a list,:D
question, you liked Metroid Fusion more than Zero Mission on the GBA?

Hell yes, Zero Mission is like an hour and a half game, where I knew the ending all ready. Fusion was a completly new experience, and felt a lot like Super Metroid.

Never played it, must be a greta game if you chose it over all the great first party games the Gamecube had.

It's my favorite Dreamcast game, I'm not surprised. Sonic for Dreamcast was probably the best platformers of that generation.

GC: Metroid Prime or Zelda Wind Waker (can never decide)

Wii: Zelda Twilight Princess or Metroid Prime 3 (perfect controls imo)

GBC: Pokemon Yellow

GBA: Golden Sun 1 and 2 or Fire Emblem

DS: 9 hours, 9 persons, 9 doors

PS1: Rayman 2 or Crash Bandicoot 2 and 3

PC: Bioshock or Portal 1 and 2 (I know this aren't exclusive but I don't own a 360 or PS3)

I love all the other games on your list, but why is 999 so good?

I'm not a big fan of visual novel games like Phoenix Wright or Professor Layton, but for me 999 is different, it has one of the most amazing and weird story in video games with great character developing and have some clever but not frustrating puzzles, if you haven't try it I definitely recommend it, but if you do try it I warn you that you have to read a lot, it almost feel like reading a book sometimes

Nintendo and PC gamer

to those that never owned a ps2...
