Is anyone actually going to try to help the OP? I'm not sure what your CPU is but the problem is GPU. It's an older on board graphic's model of the Radeon series. If you can get to the graphics settings screen, you should turn everything down to the lowest settings and run the benchmark that comes in the game. See what your average FPS is. For SSFIV, you are going to want to average 60fps. If the benchmark gives you more than 60fps, then you can increase your settings. Although if you get below 60fps, I'd advise turning them down again. Good luck to you. I hope I'm wrong but I think you GPU isn't strong enough.

Well, I can see the game running, and it seems to be around 30FPS.  I want to turn down the settings, but, I can't get to the screen to do that.  All I get is the attraction screen.  then, when i press enter, it loads up more attraction fights, and never sends me to the title screen.  And, seeing as how it's a download, I don't have a disc.  It came from the Amazon.

I don't want a refund, I want my game to work... I suppose this is what i get for buying another capcom game when I said I wouldn't.

You should check the requirements before you buy a PC game.  They'll list minimum specs and recommended specs for running the game. Also I'm still not sure why you went with the PC version. If you have the PS3 version of SSFIV any DLC you had transfers over to AE.

I just just my Arcade Joystick for 360 on my PC. When I hit the start button it takes me to the main menu and I can go into options to adjust any settings.

my computer meets the minimum requirements, so I was told by some site that analyzed my stuff..  It was 10 bucks, I never bought DLC for SSFIV, and I hadn't yet updated it to AE.  That's why I got the PC version.  I wish I'd kept my money...  Good thing I didn't waste  40 dollars on the game..

I've done everything i could think of...  Even downgraded my visuals to look like windows 95..

I've found the config file.  I've gotten the game to run at a reliable speed, but, I still can't get the title screen to start.  I'm wondering if there's a way to turn OFF the demo.

EDIT:  Okay... more progress.. Menu screens and title screens are all black, and the game is completely mute outside of the video sequences.

I somehow managed to pick juri, and get a super art finish...  it runs good, but.. I can't hear, and can't see any menus.

Did you update all your drivers and directx? Do you use any unnecessary peripheral devices? Try to unplug them all. I couldn't run Max Payne 3, because I plugged a pen mouse.

Good point Kakmalasch. Having outdated drivers could be the source of a lot of your problems. You should go here http://www.amd.com/us/Pages/AMDHomePage.aspx and get your latest video card drivers. Having outdated drivers can lower your performance as well.

Have you ever considered that you just suck at Street Fighter? Can't even beat the first opponent, eh? Pathetic.

My challenge is still on the table. I will detroy you in SF IV one day.

Why couldn't you just do like I did, and ignore the chump?  I wouldn't bother wasting my time with someone that I know I'd destroy, I'd get a real challenger to face me.

Anywho, the install manager is doing it's thing... So, I'm going to play my free copy of killzone that came free with my new controller, before I leave, so.... yeah.
