I really think money is an issue for me I mean the 3ds has had an awesome first year but all this stuff coming  will hurt my wallet.

About the 3ds slim
Isnt the 3ds basically the 3ds lite? I mean its the exact same size the exact same form factor etc. The DS lite was popular because the standard DS was clunky and looked cheap. The 3ds IMHO looks good and isnt to big. Its heavy and could become lighter so using it is more comfortable but dont make it smaller.

Even now i dont know where to put 4 of my fingers while playing the thing. So i dont really think a smaller 3ds would be useful lighter yes smaller not really.

There is  no 3DS slim....

AND WOWZA POKEMON!

XL and good games should be big everywhere, but XL in Japan should be huge. It will surely eat some sales from the normal 3DS, but it should add many sales to the total too.

Pokémon did well: 1.6 mi FW, booster only 10 k hardware though!

@fedfed Luigi's Mansion is still coming out this year. Animal Crossing is set to release in Japan this fall and in Europe in 2013, we don't know the North American release date.
