Nope. From wat I remember they said that the Early Buyer games would be available to the public at a later time. The Early Buyers just get them earlier and for free from what I remember.

I remember that too (agree with Ninpi). Hence why they followed up with Super Mario Bros on the VC after we got it as Ambassadors. Iirc, I was expecting it since they had said so.
