If you use an Ad Block it can't create the cookie. If it can't create the cookie, then you get repeatedly prompted to view the ad.

LOL, which ad? Ad Block blocks all ads. Cookies or not.

This site needs a pop-up ad for Ad Block on every page. I wouldn't recommend navigating this site without one.

It seems to be gone for me now. I tried different combinations but nothing worked. Now all seems right.

I'm getting it too. Very odd.

It has appeared occasionally in the past (though not this often), but I don't think it's an intentional thing; probably just a wayward advertiser.

Give it a couple of hours, and hopefully it will fix itself. I haven't seen it for some time now.
