Well, it would have been a good thing to do with all those millions of dollars instead of blowing them on an invisible advertising blitz for the Vita, for sure. I think they spent $50 million in the US alone, to absolutely no avail. It would have been a lot better to throw that $50 million at Square-Enix for a Vita exclusive FF7 remake or something.

Square enix should do a Kickstart targetting 50 million for this game. Tim Schafer would be like this seeing the speed it'll reach to get there.

But Sony is fine, if they sell at least 3 vitas in Brazil they recover that ad investment. Thing is selling for 800 dollars

I've seen one already, 2 to go

I figure the Vita will do just fine once things have settled and it proves to have the must haves. I think the Call of Duty and Assassin's Creed games coming out this year will help.

The Call of Duty game will be the real indicator of the Vita's future.

If FPS player embrace hand held CoD gaming, it can thrive as a platform. If not... I don't see what it has left.

I LOVE ICELAND!

Solid read. I disagree about cross-play from PS3 to Vita though. These games are just ports but they still add good games to the library. Most people buy a system for its collection of games and the likes of Sly and All-Stars can't hurt.
