Woow XBLA is amazing!
The best service of classic games ever, it will only get better once next gen hits. Imagine Chaos Theory on XBLA ou Counter Strike :p

I was totally serious... But, you know what? I blame the 2GB limit on XBL titles.. No such thing exists on PSN, and I wish XBL didn't do it, because multiplatform releases, like virtua fighter 5, take hits.

And why is 500 a low number ? or rather, low compared to what ? Steam ? Yeah but that's obvious.
On PSN the developers need to pay the traffic caused by their games for Sony. Don't if MS does the same thing, but might be a reason why there's such a limit.

Well, i rarely find interest in things on PSN. I imagine it would be worse for 360. It's hard finding something you like. I don't use Steam. I've got about 25 PSN titles, and the only ones I stick with are Marvel Vs. Capcom 2, Virtua Fighter 5: Final Showdown, Wipeout HD, and Sonic CD... the rest... I play once in a looong while when I'm bored. It's a real shame.
Except, I do stick to the games for a while when i first buy them.. But, as time goes on, only those games I mentioned, I actively return to. Not to mention, also... paying for Xbox live... For the money, I'd rather buy different things.. be it a game, or a subscription for a more meaningful service.
People talk about how xbox live is better, but, I'd gotten some pretty bad lag on live before. And, generally, it seems to me that games now lag just as often on each system. Virtua Fighter and marvel vs. capcom 2 have almost no noticable lag for me.. Especially virtua fighter.
So, if neither service is lagging, and xbox only has 500 games, I'm just not seeing what's supposed to be so great about the service. The last thing I used it for was to download a virtua fighter 5 demo to get some practice in before final showdown.... Totally useless, on my part. I thought about getting final showdown for 360, but.... Why would I do that?
Is there a download history that you can go back to on 360?
As usual, a thread in regards to milestones that 360 crawls over gets derailed by a discussion about its competitors, I like that attempt to undermine the achievement though, it was humorous how it backfired.
First XBLA title I brought was Castle Crashers, to this day, one of my favourite games, really amazing what they did with it.
Disconnect and self destruct, one bullet a time.

LOL @ Psn being called as a online service, serious Xbox Live on Xbox 1 was better by miles.
XBLA Quality, Quantitie. Xbox Live over 3000 games if we include indies and on Demand.
Beat than PSN, i mean first have quality.

You don't need to pay a subsription to purchase or play games from Xbox Live Arcade.
I think 500 games (remember that's only XBLA games. Not Games on Demand (AKA downloads from retail games) or indie games) is plenty to choose from, plus they are high quality.
Look at the most recent releases on Xbox 360:
http://www.metacritic.com/browse/games/release-date/new-releases/xbox360/metascore
XBLA exclusives:
Trials Evolution
Fez
Sine Mora
Minecraft*
Anomaly Warzone Earth*
The Splatters
Shoot Many Robots*
Joy Ride Turbo
*also on PC
And yes there is a download history.

LOOOOOOOOL hahaha
Do you know to read ? XBLA # XBL.
XBLA are only arcade games and they dont include indies or on Demand. You really want to know how many Indies and on Demand are on Xbox Live ? no because it more than double from PSN and would blow your mind how so much quality and quantity are possible ONLY on Live.

calm down or you're taking a time out. We've already discussed that part a few posts ago.
The games released on Xbla today kind of suck though =p... And the sales of the week were the last weeks horrible...
