Ps3 games look impressive, it shows how its slightly more powerful than the 360
but i cant say im impressed as a console
Blu ray is a failure, nobody around me gives a fuck about Blu ray
Ps3 game library is full of new IPs that fail to achieve popularity (yeah yeah Uncharted...)
PS classic franchises are now multiplats
GT5, which is the Sony game i like most, is the worst GT game ever
PS3 sales have already peaked, it can possibly hit 90m, but WiiU can also cannibalize a lot of Ps3s Japanese sales...

Europe is Sony territory....by now

So everyone around you equals the entire A/V enthusiast community?  Nope

So popularity equates to quality.  Nope.

Obviously you haven't noticed the CURRENY plethora of 1st, 2nd, & 3rd party PS3 exclusives not mentioning the multiplaform titles that are better on the PS3.

Sucks for you.

Again popularity does not equate to quality.  Any gamer knows that.

"They continue to push strong 1st and 2nd party support"
really?

Really.

1st party? where
2nd party? yeah Naughty dog and...

It depends on how you look at it.

You can focus on the mistakes made with the hardware, marketing and the loss of market share and money, or you can look at how Sony managed to cope with selling a $600 machine, the expansion of their first party and it's first real foray into the online console gaming space.

Positives and negatives abound. I would say I'm impressed with the turnaround they've made this generation, the development of PSN and the expansion of their software portfolio, but very unimpressed with some of the very costly early decisions they made.

dude i was talking about NEW games that are coming
The last of us and God of war are the only ones so dont pretend theres still strong support from Sony or its second party

to me the winner of a gen is the console with the largest attach rate/most game sold total.... because that is what matters the most for most area of that business.... for the constructor, devs, retailers and well if customer buy more games per unit than the competition.... then it must me they find it quite more appealing in general....

you forgot to add that your post if full of crap.

yeah , i think i overestimated the graphical capabilities af the Ps3 compared to the Xbox 360, since multiplats look always better on the Xbox xD
thats my opinion, deal with it

Games in development by Sony for the PS3:

The Last Of Us, The Last Guardian, GOW: Ascension, Wonderbook.

Second/Third Parties:

Sly Cooper: Theives in Time, Playstation All Stars: Battle Royale, Beyond, LittleBigPlanet: Karting, Sports Champions 2, Dust 514.

Those are the ones I can think of.
