I've been there. It sucks.

I hope the "was hell" really meant it`s in the past.
You shouldn`t let pain speak louder than what makes you happy. As people say, when in darkness, don`t waste your time cursing the darkness, light a candle!

Don`t think that whatever bad thing happens to you will be bigger than your strengths. It`s in moments like this that God is closer to us. Rest your heart in His hands and be confident that it will work out for you in the end! :)

I haven't but if I did, nothing would happen. Shocking isn't it?

Also, this generation is so depressive. why is that? Life is so much easier nowadays.

I'm not going lie and say I know what you went or is going through, but I understand pain. We all do. We all go through hard times we prefer not to be in. We just have to take every single step one at a time by learning through the past and without thinking too much or too far into the future but focus on the little things that you can change, mold the little positives at a time and develop it into some thing that help build your confidence, emotion and your overall mentality. I can't promise it'll be easy but it never really is for the majority of us on this world.

Also, I'm definitely one to unleash the emotion by screaming and yelling but at the same time you can also be counter productive in that sense. You just have to pick the right place, the right time and right things to do or say. I know this is going to sound crazy but honestly if you can be by yourself alone with no one around, scream as loud as you whatever is bothering you or whatever is in your mind, it helps. Sometimes you just have to let it all out just so you can actually clear your mind. I mean this is only one way. There's also other ways by talking to a friend, family or if you have to or want to, talk to a specialist. There's nothing wrong with seeking professional help.

It might also be best to either keep a journal or notepad so that you have a record of things that worked, didn't work, the negatives, the positives... so that you can pick through easily what you can adjust for the next day, or for that matter the next hour even.

It's a matter of finding things that you enjoy. You obviously like to game. Post here more often, and express yourself (within the rules, of course).

I myself have different ways of dealing with things. One of them is trolling and spamming on VG Chartz. Hey, I'm not going to lie! LOL!

I love to draw, I love to listen to variety of music spanning from Blue Grass, Country, Hip Hop, Folk, to Trance. I also find reading a book a way to relax, and even write a short story, etc., from time to time. I obviously love to game, mess with computers, outdoor activities such as jogging, hiking, even backpacking, river rafting, boat on the river & lakes.
My point is you can express yourself in many ways as you can.

Don't ever let anyone tell you what you can or cannot do. Remember that.
Also, it is always good learn new things. You'd be surprised what you can do.

I've been suicidal before. Maybe I even tried it once or twice. It gets better. The thing about death is that it's permanent and it's going to happen sooner or later whether you want it to or not. I believe we only get one chance at this. If you're dead to escape all of the bad, you won't be around for any of the good. Besides, there's millions of people that have their lives cut short for tragic reasons. No matter how miserable you are, you're still alive and any one of them would likely want to be in your position.

I ask spurgeonryan to take me away. In fact, I think I will now.

Life can be very tough at times. But there is always people who can help you and offer advice. Keep the faith, life will get better.

i would like to thank everyone for all your support. it means a lot to me.

I did once, nothing happened, no reply. So I stopped asking and went out and started taking charge of my life. Never looked back or asked for anything after that.
