It seems that Vivendi might be selling off Activision because their other businesses aren't performing well. Here's an idea, rather than selling off the most profitable company in gaming, how about they sell off the ones that aren't making them money?

Probably they don't expect it to raise more, and just want to buy potential ventures with higher growth rates. Doesn't seem that irrational.
Vivendi is:
- Canal+ (100%)
- Universal Music (100%)
- Actvision Blizzard (60%)
- SFR (100%)
- Maroc Telecom (100%)
- Global Village Telecom (100%)
They want to sell it because they want to specialize themselves in an telecom company.
+ at this moment activision is worth a lot..;.who says that will be the same in a few years?
