Non-Specific Action Figure is very likely to go viral.  And I say that is approved:

Definitely needs to appear in the next Smash Bros. game.

He would be kind of cool as an unlockable character.

Everything Nintendo does becomes a forced meme for goodness sake. most are barely funny.

Just wait till he becomes the most "wanted" character in the next smash bros.

Thrown together for the pre-E3 Iwata event, to show off how social networking worked, and went with some character that would not violate any copyrights or trademarks.  

It is likely now Nintendo property.  They are likely to have to go viral though, to promote the WiiU when people try to get to the origins.
