Oh yeah, those extra million or so holiday Kinect bundle sales are what's keeping M$ ahead of poor Sony, the true representative of all "real" gamers.

Of course, the fact that M$ is still ahead of Sony despite having a non-existent presence in one of the 3 big gaming markets, Japan, doesn't mean anything when it comes to real gamers, right?

Well Sony showed Games for the full time.. Microsoft showed Apps for an hour.. Nintendo bored the living hell out of me after 30minutes so turned off..

I would buy this if they didn't announce the Move in 2009.

To me, if you were to ask what MS does right, is XBLA. I would love that kind of support whennit comes to the low cost games. Just look at Minecraft. 2M now right?

Yeah, that's why Sony sold the most consoles, made the most money and had the highest selling exclusives and multiplats this generation, right?

don't ask then if you know it better and just asked to give your own answer then omg. and the difference between sony and microsoft multi-plats isn't so huge. just look the last two cod game sales, difference is maybe 15-20% and 360 attach ratio is 12% higher so there is not really a difference except the little bit higher attach ratio for 360 owners. if 360 would have playstation attach ratio, cod sales would be only a minimal higher and that only because cod doesn't sell in japan and 360 has a 8 million or so advantage in rest of the world

Why is that? The Move is only used for gaming as far as I know. It's just another control option since there are hardly any Move-specific games.

It's aimed at the casual market, obviously in direct competition with the Wii. I'm sure the "forgetting what built this industry" is at least partly based on the casual direction Microsoft and Nintendo are going in. It's kind of hard to believe Sony are totally focused on the core market when they release something like the Move. There's nothing wrong with releasing the Move of course, but I just find the statements in the OP a little hypocritical.

If I had not done if the thread would continue on the ridiculous thoughts that Sony focuses their games on graphics.

I wouldn't need to ask questions I know the answer to if people stated the truth. I wanted to get a better idea of what people actually thought the reasoning was since I figured after so many years it should have been apparent.

Its better than having threads that fall into arguments containing fallacies since that leads the discussions nowhere and does the forums andnnits users no favors, and you getting upset means you concede right?
