Not solely, no. Intelligent System is big enough to have multiple projects at any given time, and they've been growing as time goes on. That said, I don't think they're big enough to handle more than just a few games at any given time, especially not if some of their personnel are being poached for hardware/OS development.

And I don't think Mr. Chainchomp here is going to be forgotten, but yeah, the partner system is going to change. It's not that bad... how many times can you make a partner explode anyway? It would be very repetive, most likely.

This one looks quite interesting. I wish the partners were back, however. Hopefully they just "forgot" to put them in there.
