Silicon Knights - Eternal Darkness
Square Enix - Anything, they are absolutely on fire lately (Deus Ex, Tomb Raider, Batman, Hitman, etc)

Bethesda would never get to release a game on Nintendo console due to the certification process and the bugs their games tend to have
