Outside of the Cars franchise, every Pixar film has been above average to great. They're batting as close to 1.000 as any movie studio in history. Which is amazing because writing a good children's film is harder than writing damned near anything else. It's easy to make something for adults. What's hard is writing things so kids can follow along but clever enough that adults don't get bored by its simplicity.

I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and see the movie.
