Europe Getting a New PSP Color. It’s Ice White and Cheap.

This July, Sony is releasing a new Ice White PlayStation Portable in Europe. It's priced at £89.99 or €99.99.

The Ice White PSP is the budget, Europe-only PSP-E1000 model that features a mono speaker and doesn't have WiFi capablities

Why not? It's probably pure profit for Sony and I doubt that those who buy this would consider buying Vita instead.

No this is the E1000.. a special EU version of the PSP... cheaper plastic,no wifi, no video out and mono sound.. the black version came out last year

I think the only differences are those Nikkom explained. It's cheaper and has no wi-fi. I think much of the reason why PSP is doing decent in Europe still (compared to NA) is because of this model.
