No this is the E1000.. a special EU version of the PSP... cheaper plastic,no wifi, no video out and mono sound.. the black version came out last year

So what's so special about it? It's a retro console to appeal to Euro hipsters?

I think the only differences are those Nikkom explained. It's cheaper and has no wi-fi. I think much of the reason why PSP is doing decent in Europe still (compared to NA) is because of this model.
